JKHenshaw, fine art photographic artist, creates breathtaking imagery centred on the beauty of imperfection. Jacqui Henshaw discovered the Japanese people have a word for this, ‘Wabi Sabi’, which is an aesthetic philosophy based on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. Henshaw works in collaboration with architects, interior designers and property developers producing bespoke art collections for residential, multi-residential and commercial projects. The commissions are based on the unique identity and concept for each site. Henshaw has recently completed an artist residency in Germany and her works are part of private and corporate collections in Australia, USA, UK and Switzerland. Jacqui’s clients include; BatesSmart, Crown Conference Centre, Doherty Design Studio, McBride Charles Ryan, Mirvac Group, Preston Peterson and The Eastbourne.
